White Proso Millet

Annual warm season grass, producing good feed and good hay, although not as productive as German millet. Will reduce erosion and soil compaction, increase organic matter, redistribute nutrients, suppress weeds, tolerates some salinity. Good mycorrhizal fungi association, frost tolerant, low water user.

Recommended seeding rate of 20 pounds per acre. 1/4 to 3/4 inch seeding depth.
