Annual cool season grass, reduces erosion and compaction, increases organic matter, redistributes nutrients and suppresses weeds. Good hay, fair grazing, fair frost tolerance.

Recommended seeding rate of 90 to 100 pounds per acre. 1/2 to 1 and a 1/2 inch seeding depth.
