Annual warm season grass good for hay and pasture with high volumes of water. Will suppress weeds, reduce erosion, increase organic matter, and redistribute nutrients. Has good frost tolerance, fair salt tolerance, and good mycorrhizal fungi association

Recommended seeding rate of 5 pounds per acre. 1/4 to 1/2 inch seeding depth.
