Fairway Crested Wheatgrass

Cool season perennial, low-growing, hardy, drought tolerant bunchgrass. Commonly used in dry lawn mixes, will turn brown and go dormant in drought but greens quickly with a little moisture.

Recommended seeding rate of 6 to 7 pounds field rate, 5 pounds per 1,000 square feet turf rate. 1/4 to 1/2 inch seeding depth.
