Blend with 50% Fairway Crested Wheat Grass, 30% Sheep Fescue, 20% Perennial Ryegrass. The Perennial Ryegrass establishes quickly, and is then replaced by the Fairway Crested and Sheep Fescue, perennial drought tolerant grasses.

Recommended seeding rate of 5 pounds per 1,000 square feet. 1/4 inch seeding depth.
