Perennial introduced cool season bunchgrass that is palatable but short lived, intolerant of drought, requiring at least 18 inches of rain per year, and very winter hardy. Suited to clay/clay loam and loamy soils.

Recommended seeding rate of 1 pounds per acre. 1/2 inch seeding depth.
