Chesak’s Premium Fertilizer

20% Nitrogen | 10% Phosphate | 10% Potash | 2% Iron | 9% Sulfur | Gypsum Carrier
- 50 lb bag covers 10,000 sq ft
- Apply to a dry lawn
- Safe to apply when light rain is forecasted
- Water lightly after application
- Do not use on drought stricken lawns
- Can be applied with new seed
- Can be reapplied every 6 to 8 weeks on regularly watered lawns
COMPONENTS
Nitrogen promotes plant growth. It is essential for every function, from growth to defending against pests.
Phosphorous is responsible for the transferring of energy from one point to another. It is critical in root development.
Potash helps the sustainability of plants. It improves the hardiness of plant tissue, resistance to disease, and protection from the heat and cold.
Iron is essential in making chlorophyll. If your grass has little iron it won’t be able to produce the amount of chlorophyll that the nitrogen has stimulated.
Sulfur helps your lawn maintain a healthy pH level (5.5 to 7.0). It also unlocks inaccessible nutrients from the soil so the roots can more easily absorb them.
Gypsum as a carrier allows for more efficient nutrient uptake and assists with pH balance in your soil.

Chesak’s Soil Improver

31% Tiger 90 Elemental Sulfur 17% | Gypsum | 5% AG 4 Humic Blend
- Each 50 LB bag covers 4,000 – 8,000 SF
- Safe to use up to 5 times per
- Shelf stable for 1 to 2 years when stored properly in cool and dry areas; avoid humidity
- Improves nitrogen, phosphate and micronutrient uptake, making fertilizer even more effective
- Restores soil structure allowing increased aeration, water retention and deeper root penetration
- Effective at correcting pH in alkaline soil, improving turf establishment and longevity
- Chesak’s Soil pH Reducer is a burn-free formula
COMPONENTS
Tiger 90CR Elemental Sulfur increases nitrogen, phosphate, potash and micronutrient utilization, while also remediating salinity to lower soil pH. Functions by reacting with free lime in the soil, allowing salinity to be leached out through watering. Increases acid production to further correct soil pH, while aiding in mycorrhizae growth and other beneficial microorganisms. Also improves the texture and condition of the soil and reduces soil crusting.
Gypsum helps reduce lightening of the soil and soil erosion, by increasing its hydrological capacity. Provides an additional source of free sulfur, improving turf health and soil viability. Superior to straight lime for balancing and improving soil quality. Works to improve soil structure, water intake, and reduce erosion.
AG4 Humic Blend (Humic Acid) is an organic material crucial to soil quality. It occurs naturally as a byproduct of decomposition. Works in hand with the other blend components to improve aeration, nutrient mobility in the soil, nutrient utilization in plants, and water holding capacity of the soil. Like elemental sulfur, humic acid greatly improves soil health by promoting a suitable environment for beneficial microorganisms and symbiotic fungi.
