Prairie Cordgrass
Perennial warm season native grass, prefers marshy lower areas with poorly drained soils with higher water tables but will not tolerate prolonged flooding, but will tolerate some salinity. Makes very poor forage quality, reaching up to 8 feet tall.
Recommended seeding rate of 7 pounds per acre. 1/2 to 3/4 inch seeding depth.
