Faba/Horse Bean

Annual warm season broadleaf, reduces soil erosion and compaction, increases soil organic matter, redistributes nutrients in soil, fixes nitrogen, and suppresses weeds. Makes good hay and grazing, some saline tolerance, attracts beneficial insects, fairly frost tolerant.

Recommended seeding rate of 20 pounds to acre. 1 to 1.5 inch seeding rate.
