Annual Ryegrass

This annual cool season grass is best suited for forage or temporary cover. Reduces erosion, increases organic matter, redistributes nutrients in soil, suppresses weeds, small seed size, medium water user, tolerates some saline and fair mycorrhizal fungia association. Fair hay and grazing quality. Small seed size.

Recommended seeding rate of 5 to 10 pounds field rate, 6-8 pounds per thousand square feet in turf applications. 1/4 to 1 inch seeding depth.
